To help ensure the best possible fit and shopping experience, all Color by Von customers are required to complete the Hair Buyer Form before their order is processed.

The Buyer Form helps us confirm your cap size, fit preferences, hair needs, and other important details before fulfillment.

Your order may be placed before completing the form, but processing will not begin until the completed Buyer Form has been received.

Cap Sizing

Please measure the circumference of your head before selecting your cap size.

• Small: 21–21.5" circumference
• Medium: 22" circumference
• Large: 23" circumference

Selecting the correct cap size is the buyer’s responsibility. If you are unsure of your measurements, please review the Buyer Form carefully before placing your order.

Color & Texture

Color by Von units are made with human hair and may be individually colored, styled, or customized. Slight variations in color, curl pattern, texture, density, and highlight placement may occur.

Lighting, photography, and screen settings may also affect how hair colors appear online.

Length

Hair length is measured when the hair is stretched straight. Curly and wavy textures may appear shorter in their natural state.

Returns Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our hair products, all sales are final. Color by Von does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details, cap sizes, lengths, colors, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product arrived damaged or defective, contact colorbyvon@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Do not cut the lace, install, wash, color, bleach, style, or otherwise alter the hair while your claim is being reviewed. Products that have been worn, installed, altered, or chemically processed may not qualify for a remedy, except where required by law.

Packages returned to Color by Von because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to obtain a required signature, or failure to claim the package may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additional shipping charges may also apply if reshipment is requested.

Shipping

Color by Von currently ships within the United States.

Ready-to-ship items generally require 3–4 business days of processing before shipment. Preorder items generally require 7–21 business days of processing, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders under $250 are charged a $15 flat shipping rate. Orders of $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Signature confirmation is required on wig shipments, so please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Color by Von is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or theft after a package has been confirmed delivered, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
